Danielle Coutain, President
Danielle Coutain joined the Tampa, FL Professional Chapter of SISTUHS, Incorporated in Fall 2018 after relocating from Tallahassee, Florida. Danielle is a mother of a son and daughter as well as a loving wife. She holds a B.S. in Social Work (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University) and is currently pursuing her Master in Social Work. Currently, she is employed in the Mental Health field and enjoys serving her community. Danielle is involved in many community organizations and is committed to making the world a better place. In her free time, she is spending time with family and making new memories. A wise woman once said, “never give up even if you wanted to”, a quote that Danielle takes to heart. Danielle is a firm believer that she can and will accomplish all of her dreams.
Tanisha Moise, Vice-President
Tanisha joined SISTUHS, Incorporated in the Fall of 2008 at Florida State University. She transferred her membership to the Tampa, Florida Professional Chapter in 2018 after relocating from her hometown Miami, Florida. Tanisha is a mother of two and is married to her high-school sweetheart. She is most passionate about family, traveling, self-care, and building relationships with like-minded women of color. Tanisha holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Florida International University), and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership (Capella University). She has been a leader in Human Resources since 2011 working in a variety of industries, including; retail, hospitality, telemedicine, finance, and biopharma. In her role today, Tanisha serves as the Tampa Human Resources Site Head for Amgen, Inc., a biopharma organization headquartered in California whose mission is to serve patients by transforming the promise of Science and Biotechnology into therapies that have the power to restore health or save lives.
Elizabeth Miller, Secretary
Elizabeth joined the Tampa, Florida Professional Chapter of SISTUHS, Inc in the Fall of 2019 after relocating from Vero Beach FL. Through social work, she has a passion to reunify parents and provide knowledge of community support and resource. She currently holds a B.S. in Public Health (University of South Florida). Elizabeth currently works as a Permanency Specialist at a Child Welfare Agency. She joined TPC because she has the drive to give back to the community and work with young adolescent children. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with family and friends.
Yousdad Celne, Treasurer
Yousdad A. Celne joined the Tampa, Florida Professional Chapter of SISTUHS, Incorporated in the Fall of 2021 after relocating from Tallahassee, Florida to further her education. Yousdad is originally from Leogane, Haiti, and holds a B.S. in Business Management (Florida State University) and a B.S. in Accounting (Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University). She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Forensic Accounting at Florida Atlantic University while studying to become a Certified Public Accountant. Yousdad is a Notary Public in the State of Florida and is the owner of YAC Tax & Notary Services, LLC. In her spare time, Yousdad loves brunching on the weekends, doing fashion shows, traveling, attending Christian concerts, volunteering with the ‘WeSeeU Reading Buddy’ program, and spending time with family and friends. Her inspiration to join the SISTUHS organization was to be part of a sisterhood that served the community and uplift the African American community.
Terriseta L. Bazley, Parliamentarian
Terriseta is originally from Jacksonville Florida (Duval County). Her career goals are to get a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration with aspirations of being a Director of a Healthcare Organization or Healthcare Nonprofit. She also aspires to write mystery novels as well.
Terriseta graduated from Jean Ribault Sr. High School in Jacksonville, FL, and has a degree in Political Science (University of Central Florida).
She joined SISTUHS, Inc. to find an organization that was about being a sisterhood while also helping the community. The organization has helped her grow personally and professionally in so many ways.
Her favorite hobbies are shopping and playing video games with her sons when they let her.
